Every ten years the Government of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada, holds a public auction for prime fishing locations along some of New Brunswick’s Atlantic salmon and trout waters. The auction includes 15 stretches on the renowned Restigouche and Miramichi River systems. These auctions have been taking place since 1883 and now for the first time bidders can participate online or in person. Bid to lease a piece of angling history and secure ten-year rights to fish some of the best waterways and fishing locations in Canada. |
